Ordering Water:
Water Fill - Order includes a standard 5/8 inch hose thread with shutoff valve and a drain hose with standard 5/8 inch thread. - Please specify on the order form if a drain will be needed. - A detailed layout must be included with the order to ensure proper hose placement. - To help determine the amount of water needed for your fill, use the formula provided: Length x Width x Height x 7.48 = Number of gallons. - A representative must be present in the booth or a fill line must be clearly marked before the water fill can be completed. - All materials needed to make the connection are the exhibitor’s responsibility. - Refills can be provided for an additional labor charge. - Exhibitors are not allowed to drain their own equipment of any water through any of the portholes in the exhibit hall floor and will be liable for any damages.

Continuous Water Supply - Order includes a standard 5/8 inch hose thread with shutoff valve and drain hose with standard 5/8 inch thread. - Please specify if a drain will be needed. - Please mark the form if potable water is required. - Exhibitors are responsible for making the water supply and drain connections, unless connection labor is requested on the order form. - All materials needed to make the connection are the exhibitor’s responsibility. - A detailed layout must be included with the order to ensure proper hose placement. - Additional labor charge will apply if you request your water to be turned on or off throughout the duration of the event. - Exhibitors are not allowed to drain their own equipment through any of the portholes in the exhibit hall floor and will be liable for any damages.

Ordering Compressed Air:
Compressed air can be supplied up to 90 psi per line pressure and produces up to 50 cfm. - Filter systems are available in limited access in the building. - Connection provided is ½ inch or ¼ inch quick-connect coupler.  Please contact us for any availability on any other size of fitting. - A detailed layout must be submitted with each order to ensure that air can be provided to your booth and to ensure proper placement.
